What we collect

When you fill out an inquiry, booking or photo-session form, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, event details and any notes. For sessions with minors, we also collect parent or guardian contact details and consent.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries, plan and deliver sessions, send galleries, invoices and contracts, and, only with your permission, to share selected images in our portfolio and on social media. We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

Our website runs on Squarespace. Forms, galleries, contracts and payments are handled by Pixieset. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for basic functions and analytics. You can manage them through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Photos of minors

We photograph minors only with consent from a parent or guardian. We never publish a minor's name, school or contact details, and we only share their images publicly when a parent or guardian has opted in.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to remove an image from our portfolio, by emailing ibythecreator@gmail.com.
